All fish is prepared the traditional Portuguese or Mozambiquan way - on a caste iron griddle (the only way to eat fish). Any grilled fish is available with lemon butter, garlic butter or piri-piri sauce and is served with rice, chips or potatoes.

All meat is South African aged prime beef, and is served in generous portions. Our secret Radium basting sauce has 17 ingredients, which makes a steak delicious without any accompaniments, but feel free to order any of our sauces on the side. All grills are served with vegetables and a choice of chips, baked or boiled potatoes. Manny accepts no responsibility for meat ordered 'well-done'.

Sirloin 320-350 grams or more, basted and grilled as you like it.
Portuguese Sirloin 320-350 grams or more, grilled to seal, then pan-fried in wine and garlic and served with a fried egg on top.
Espetada 330 grams of prime rump, marinated in wine, garlic and bayleaves, skewered and grilled. Traditional Madeira fare.

Pork Bitoque 300 grams of pork, pan-fried in a mixture of 20% oil, 80% wine, with bayleaves, olives, garlic and chilli and served with an egg on top. Portuguese fare at its best.
Fillet Bitoque 250 grams of prime fillet, pan-fried Portuguese style in a mixture of 20% oil, 80% wine, with bayleaves, olives, garlic and chilli. Served with an egg on top.
Fillet Steak delicious tender steak, grilled as you like it.
Ribs an imported Belgian rack of ribs, grilled to perfection in Manny's special slightly sweet basting sauce.

At the Radium we serve the kind of coffee you wouldn't normally expect in a bar (Delta Coffee is the biggest selling brand in Spain and Portugal). Try our mean espresso, its probably cheaper and better than you'd find in a coffee shop!

Try an espresso served with Aguardente or 1920 on the side - a great Portuguese tradition. Espresso is also delicious with local Meerlust Grappa, Amaretto, Frangelica, Irish Whisky or genuine Jamaican Rum.

Don Pedro or Irish Coffee only made with premier Powers or Jamesons Irish Whisky. We're not cheap skates!
Desserts we serve a delicious tipsy tart, lemon meringue pie or cheesecake, and our chocolate mousse is the best!
